With more than 30 years of professional experience in public accounting, bank trust services, financial planning, and investment management, Garver serves as a Financial Strategist helping individuals, families, and business owners to achieve their financial and retirement goals.

Garver holds a BS in Accounting from Duquesne University and has earned several distinguishing professional credentials over her career including: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®), and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™). Before joining McKinley Carter, she was vice president/senior financial planner at RTD Financial Advisors.
A lifelong resident of Johnstown, Pa., Garver will maintain an office in the Westmont section of town to help clients, while also supporting the McKinley Carter Pittsburgh Office. She and husband Dr. Michael B Garver, owner of Family Dentistry Associates of Johnstown, LLC, have three grown children.
