Administrative Coordinator

Joe Spangler serves as administrative coordinator within the Wheeling office. In that role, Joe handles all administrative work for client accounts and processing service requests for the Wheeling Advisory Team. He is also a member of our Risk Management Specialized Practice Group.

Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Wheeling Jesuit University

Accomplishments and Honors

Prior to joining McKinley Carter, Joe was a paralegal where he utilized his customer service, research and planning skills.

Community Involvement

A Wheeling native, Joe serves on the board of the Wheeling Area Soccer Association (WASA) and serves as assistant coach to the boys’ soccer team at Wheeling Central Catholic High School. In addition to his passion for all things soccer, Joe is an avid Steelers and NFL fan. He and his wife Cecily are proud parents to a little girl named Sydney.
