Retirement Plan Specialist
A Retirement Plan Specialist, Kathy supports the continued development and improvement of McKinley Carter’s Retirement Plan Services (RPS) service line by providing efficient coordination and exceptional client care. In addition, she serves as a leader among the firm’s RPS Coordinators, establishing best practices and processes, and helping team members build competency in their role. Additionally, Kathy serves as the Transition Manager for all new retirement plans that are managed by the firm.
In her role as a member of McKinley Carter's internal Solution With Active Training (SWAT) committee, Kathy is also responsible for firm-wide training and onboarding of new MCWS employees.

Community Involvement
Kathy serves on the board of the Northern Panhandle Home Consortium and is also the Christian Education Chair at New Manchester Christian Church.
