As operations coordinator within our Central Administrator department, Tom leads account billing and executes administration. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, he helps deliver the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Tom also assists the chief administrative officer with property management.

Accomplishments and Honors
Tom brings a diverse background to his work at McKinley Carter. He began his career at a local hospital where he worked in various roles, including 18 years as compensation coordinator. He also worked for a company specializing in home healthcare as its HR/IT coordinator and operations manager.
Community Involvement
Tom currently serves as treasurer on his Homeowner’s Association Board and has also served as its secretary. A native of the Wheeling area, Tom and his wife are proud to still call “the friendly city” home. In his free time, he enjoys home improvement projects, golfing, fishing and vacations to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Hilton Head Island and Bar Harbor, Maine.
