Manager of Advisory Service Standards

As manager of Advisory Service Standards, Teresa is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of standard practices of client care across all regional offices. She also plays an integral co-leadership role with our advisory team, contributing to workshops, offering one-on-one coaching and collaborating with regional directors and service line managers to ensure exceptional client service.

  • Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®)

Accomplishments and Honors

Teresa has attended various professional development programs, including the Global Leadership Summit, the Magellan Master Executive Program, the Canon Financial Institute, Northwestern Trust School and the American Institute of Banking. She successfully completed the Cybersecurity for Financial Planners certificate program offered by the Financial Planning Association® (FPA®) in March 2021. In 2022, she earned the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation demonstrating her knowledge, expertise, and commitment to working with retirement plans as a plan fiduciary.

Community Involvement

Teresa and her daughter are very active in their church and take pride in leading various stewardship and volunteer activities that benefit the local community.
