Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist, Jack plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for our Charleston team. He supports our advisors by processing client paperwork, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate and organized records. In addition, Jack manages the day‑to‑day functions of our Charleston office, welcoming clients and visitors, handling incoming calls, and coordinating meetings and events. His commitment to service helps create a warm, efficient, and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Accomplishments and Honors

Jack graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University. During his time there, he received the BrickStreet Scholarship Award for research into retirement planning strategies for senior citizens of West Virginia. As a graduate assistant at WVU, he had the opportunity to work closely with professors and fellow students in providing tutoring sessions to underclassmen. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in October 2025 after successfully passing all four sections of the exam.

Community Involvement

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking and traveling around the Mountain State. He is also active with volunteer work through different local programs such as Trinity's Table and Manna Meal.
