Chelsea Weiss
Administrative Coordinator
Chelsea is the administrative coordinator for our Charleston office. She is responsible for processing client paperwork, preparing meeting materials, handling all office correspondence and administrative duties. Chelsea is also a member of McKinley Carter's Risk Management Specialized Practice Group.

Accomplishments and Honors
Chelsea decided to return to school to facilitate a career change from social work to business administration and management. She was accepted into the Master of Business Administration Program at Northcentral University and will earn her degree in 2022.
Community Involvement
Chelsea serves as a board member for Rea of Hope (Charleston, WV). She also leads our Charleston office's Savvy event programming and is a member of our Employee Care Committee, assisting in organizing events and activities to keep employees connected throughout the firm. When not working, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, stepdaughter, and son. A West Virginia native, Chelsea especially enjoys attending Mountaineer sporting events and Hurricane High School softball games with her family.
