Administrative Coordinator

Carissa Benton serves as an Administrative Coordinator with McKinley Carter’s Dayton office. She is responsible for processing client paperwork, scheduling meetings, client correspondence and other administrative duties. As leader of Dayton’s service team, Carissa’s primary goal is to provide excellent client service by exceeding current needs and anticipating future expectations.

Licensing and Education

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Tourism, Leisure and Event Planning, Bowling Green State University

Accomplishments and Honors

Carissa graduated summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University as a participant of the university’s Honors Program. While there, she specialized in piano performance and entrepreneurship. Over the last six years, Carissa has gained significant experience and professional skills working in customer service, business administration, and hospitality positions.

Community Involvement

Carissa enjoys the fellowship of her church family, crafting, spending time with friends and family, as well as taking long walks with her husband and two dogs.
