Jessica M. Becker, SHRM-SCP®
HR Specialist
As HR Specialist, Jessi serves as a primary point of contact for employees, helping them feel connected to the firm, the leadership team, and the brand. Among her responsibilities are orientation and onboarding coordination, compensation analysis, and HR policy development.
Jessi also leads the performance management program, which includes designing all performance review documents, facilitating the annual review process, and providing consultation and support to both employees and management. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture at McKinley Carter and its affiliated companies.

Community Involvement
Since 2008, Jessi has coached the cheer program at her alma mater, Wheeling Central Catholic High School. Victories include multiple conference wins, as well as a WV State Championship and WV Cheer Coach of the Year honors. When not coaching, this CrossFit and running enthusiast can be found cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers.
