Erica L. Crouse has worked in the financial industry for over 10 years, with broad-based experience in banking and investments. Immediately prior to joining the McKinley Carter team, she served as the Financial Aid Director of West Virginia Junior College, where she enjoyed helping students increase their capacity to achieve educational goals by maximizing their use of financial aid.

In her role as Administrative Coordinator, Erica provides general office and client administrative support. Her friendly and professional demeanor offers a warm and welcoming environment to visitors of the Charleston office. In addition, Erica helps coordinate on McKinley Carter’s Compliance and Advisory Service Standards initiatives, providing support to both the Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant to the Director of Advisory Services.

Erica studied business at West Virginia State University and particularly enjoyed the communication aspects of the curriculum. Family happiness is most important to her, and she loves to spend time with her husband and two young children in their wooded sanctuary.
