Administrative Coordinator

Erica Crouse is an Administrative Coordinator in our Charleston, WV, office. She also serves in the firm-wide roles of Data Steward and Product Specialist for the company’s CRM and electronic file storage.

In addition, she helps coordinate activities for the firm’s Compliance and Advisory Service teams, providing support to Advisors, the Chief Compliance Officer, and Manager of Advisory Service Standards. In 2016, Erica became certified in CompTIA Project+, a project management skill certification.

Erica has worked in the financial industry for over 10 years, with broad-based experience in banking and investments. Prior to joining the McKinley Carter team, she served as the Financial Aid Director at West Virginia Junior College (WVJC). 

Erica studied business at West Virginia State University and particularly enjoyed the communication aspects of the curriculum. Family happiness is most important to her, and she loves to spend time with her husband and two children in their wooded sanctuary.
