Client Coordinator – Financial Planning & Investments (Charleston, WV)

McKinley Carter Wealth Services (MCWS) is seeking a Client Coordinator to be responsible for client service, relationship management, and administration in its Charleston, WV office.  Job duties include:

  • Working directly with financial advisors to prepare and deliver financial planning and wealth management services to valued clients 
  • Processing client paperwork
  • Preparing materials for client meetings
  • Fielding client requests
  • Assisting with investment research
  • Following established firm-wide standard practices and procedures
  • 3+ years of client service experience within the financial services industry
  • Series 65 license preferred
  • Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) or equivalent preferred
  • Technologically proficient
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
Compensation is commensurate with experience.  In addition, MCWS offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k).
