As Operations Manager for McKinley Carter, Traci Hickenbottom is responsible for overseeing the Central Administration department, which includes:  managing all off-platform accounts; processing all rebalances, model changes, and swaps; and executing trades for the firm. 
 
Spurred by a strong family background in the financial services industry, Traci began working in the field in 2008. She started as an administrative assistant for a local trust company and quickly advanced to the role of trading specialist. In 2012, Traci joined McKinley Carter to assist the investment team. She then moved into the Central Administration department in the role of Operations Administrator. After working in that capacity for four years, she was promoted to her current supervisory position.
 
Outside of work, Traci devotes her time and attention to her family and pets. As an owner of two dogs and a cat, Traci is passionate about animals and their welfare. She is a member of the ASPCA and devotes herself to the care and protection of animals.
